| Our consulting firm puts its extensive experience in medicine and law to work for you. We evaluate the merits of your case and provide candid, expert review. If you decide to accept the case, we use our proprietary "expert locator" process to pick board-certified physicians in your area, physicians with good credentials who will make credible expert witnesses.
If you have tried the "services" you and your pocketbook are in for a surprise. Based on our review, we will counsel you not to take a case we think can't be won and will identify those cases that have merit. You won't find such honesty elsewhere - more likely you will be told that your case will go directly to an expert and you will be charged from $1,400 to $2,000 for the effort. Often that is a waste of your money. Sometimes the "service" will give you a cheery review just to get you to pay for an expert.
We aren't always right, but having handled 15,000 or more cases for attorneys and having practiced in the medical malpractice arena for many years, we aren't often wrong about a case. We are here to serve. If you want experts for your case, we will find them for you! If we don't find your case clearly meritorious we will present it to experts in the best possible light and do our level best to obtain them for you.
