Please send complete records and any x-rays or other studies that bear on the case. Our fees are not governed by the length of the record. You want the right answers about your case and we want to provide only right answers. If someone in your office decides that we need only part of the medical record, it is likely they will omit a portion which is critical to our review.
Part of our job is to compile a package of records for prospective experts to review. You don't want your expert to testify that he formed his opinions on less than complete records, x-rays, etc.
