We treat your case records as the important documents they are.
In the pre-review, we collates the record, tabs important pages and notes any missing information.
Next, one or more physicians appropriate to the case's issues review your case. Dr. Dry, our CEO, then reviews the case and any reports from other physicians. He writes all reports to you. This assures consistency. Physicians untrained in the law often forget causation and damage issues. Your report will address these issues as well as liability.
If, in our opinion, the case is not one you have a good chance to win, we will tell you so. If our review concludes that it's a good case, we find experts who should be good witnesses.
If an expert returns a negative review after we have given you a meritorious review - and note that we are dealing here with doctors' opinions, very fickle commodities - we will send it to another expert at a reduced fee. We will locate the second expert with no fee for us but you will be responsible for his/her review fee plus expenses.
If you think you need added help on your case, our CEO - Dr. Dry -- often is available to consult extensively or associate on a case as co-counsel.
