This is our guarantee to you:
(1) We guarantee that we will operate on your behalf in good faith. We never deliberately encourage anyone to find experts in the case unless the case has sufficient merit to warrant it.
(2) We guarantee our best efforts in finding you the right answers about whether or not to pursue a case.
(3) If your case has merit, we assure you that we will do everything humanly possible to find the best qualified experts for that case. We guarantee you that we will not find experts with a previous "bad history."
If we have determined by our review that your case has merit and the first expert returns a contrary opinion, we will find you another expert for a markedly reduced rate. You will still be responsible for the expert's review and for expenses, but we will not charge you directly for finding the second expert. If we have said that your case is very close or that we don't believe it can be pursued, no such guarantee is made.
Anyone operating in this field for very long realizes that we deal with opinions of physicians, which makes the job much more challenging and unpredictable. However, we believe that in order to find truly qualified experts the risk of coming across the occasional expert who will render an untruthful opinion or a defense-oriented opinion is well worthwhile.
